I was really happy with the spacious, clean, well-furnished apartment, comfortable bed, good location in close proximity to the Abu Dhabi Mall, good closet space with a flat iron. I didn’t try their breakfast as I had to leave very early the two days I stayed. Staff members were courteous.

The slow-draining shower plumbing, but it’s not a dealbreaker

Loved it so much. A great value for the money. Room was clean and well maintained. We travel as a family and the hotel provided what we were looking for. It has a kitchen fully equipped with all cooking utensils. We did not do much of cooking, however was quiet usefull to heat up some of the food we took from outside. Each unit has wash/drying machine which saves us all the trouble of dealing with dirty laundry. At the end of the trip we had all our clothes washed and cleaned to return home. Location was perfect, it has a small baqala (mini market) next door for your convinience, walking distance to Abu Dhabi mall, fantastic japanese/korean restaurant at the lobby, shawarma place, many more. They also have underground free parking in case you are coming with your own private/rental vehicle. The gym was great, and I used it twice to burn the extra calories from all the great food we had in Abu Dhabi. Fantastic hotel and will definitely stay here again next time.

I stayed here before and our room always smelled nice. This trip, we got a room which you can clearly tell someone was smoking in recently. I told the man who brought my bags up to the room and he concurred too. The bag man told me he would send maintenance but neither maintenance nor housekeeping showed up. Plus, the sliding doors have always been hard to open. Shower pressure in this room was weak.

really convenient to get to Cleveland Clinic. loved that it had microwave, electric stove, washing machine.

Location and very comfortable

i love the room it was spacious and all amenities are available in the room. The filipina receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Forget her name though and the house keeping staff was excellent.

Nothing. just there is only construction in the road happening infront of the hotel but We know that it is not in the scope of the hotel.

To much noise outside in street because they are fixing the road and the area we didn’t sleep well

Wonderful staff, especially the lady at reception (can't recall her name, but she checked me in. Smoothest most seamless and most friendly check-in experience in Abu Dhabi so far).

Near dubai mall, easy access to transportation and food.

There is a road work in progress in the area, sometimes makes a little confusion to access the hotel.

It’s room is Acceptable with the price.

I didn’t like the staff behavior and the security for the underground parking, the room has no privacy you can listen to people tali’s next room beside you wasn’t confirtable at all.

Overall good value for money, helpful staff, spacious rooms with big window glasses, private basement car parking is available (which is not the case in most serviced apartments), they let food delivery in at your doorstep (even though some consider it security breach)

Alot of malfunctioning in the room; curtain not closing, toilet slide door not closing with a gap, floor socket not folding (got injured by it), although car park is available, I need to call someone to open it.

Room was big

The mattress was a bit hard, coir foam I think. The sheets were quite thin. Floors were kinda sticky. There weren't any in-room slippers. Only one towel was provided for double occupancy. The bathroom toiletries were minimal as well.

I always use wifi to do my business meetings , but sadly there was no wifi in the hotel and the staff says it was working

Pillows on the couch are smelly. Parking lot is only one per room. Visitors are not allowed even if they will not stay overnight. So technically if you’re coming to abu dhabi for a visit and you wanna meet up friends they can only stay in the lobby unless you are willing book another room which doesnt make sense.
